I built my career through hands-on work after earning a BSc (Hons) in Health Sciences: Therapeutic Bodywork. Massage, reflexology, sports and deep tissue therapy - my hands did the listening. For years, I helped people relieve pain and restore movement.
But I ignored my own symptoms.
Eventually, in 2014, fibromyalgia forced me to stop. I was inflamed, exhausted, and stuck in survival mode. Medication wasn’t the answer. I needed to go deeper.
That’s when I discovered the power of food.
I’d studied anatomy and physiology, but understanding nutrition changed everything. Within six weeks of eating low carb, high fat (LCHF), my symptoms were gone. It gave me my life back and a new purpose.

In 2017, I trained as a Health Coach with Xpert Health for the NHS National Diabetes Prevention Programme. I supported people with prediabetes to prevent Type 2 through lifestyle change. I later became a Nutrition Network Advisor and an InsulinIQ Certified Coach.
I stopped chasing quick fixes. I removed sugar, chemicals, and chaos. I focused on blood sugar, sleep, stress, and recovery.
Now I bring together:
